The bid of Rick Richards, Inc., was the best low bid based on a sealed scenario. This bid is for a period of one year with the option to renew for two one-year periods. The funds for these purchases are contained in the capital budget allocated to the Facilities Services Department. Recommendation That the bid of Rick Richards, Inc., to provide 'Excavation Services' in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, be approved for award and purchase.
